Jim Harbaugh used to invoke the name of Jesus Christ when he was a QB in Indianapolis, and Kurt Warner was just as open about it too. I don’t remember those two being anywhere near as controversial.
Deion Sanders and Michael Irvin also became open Christians.
What makes Tebow any worse than anyone before him?

He is very much in your face with it. I personally dislike him because of his anti-choice stance.

There are some Conservative Christians who object to the addition of Meditation rooms (for Muslim American students) in our public schools, and yet they are all for spontaneous Tebowing in public schools. Why do they want religion so openly displayed in schools when its Christians, but they won’t even let the Muslims pray discreetly?

Well, the kids who are “Tebowing” are getting suspended. Are the Muslim kids gonna get the same penalties?
