Seriously, remember this post because Tim Tebow is going to win the superbowl for the Jaguars. I can’t wait to hear John Elway’s reaction. Probably he will try to claim he was totally against trading Tim Tebow away (even though we all know he is the engine behind the Peyton aquisition).

- He’d probably react the same way Tebow’s fans will if it happens – he’ll wake up and find that it actaully hasn’t happened and was all a dream. Unlike Tebow fans though, Elway won’t be weeping when he comes to the realization that it was all just a dream.
– Unless Tebow drastically improves on his ability to throw consistently I’m sure Elway isn’t concerned about Tebow leading Jacksonville (especially) or anyone else to the Superbowl. And my guess is that if Tebow had drastically improved his ability to throw consistently already, Elway wouldn’t be trying to throw an armored car’s worth of money at Peyton Manning to come play in Denver in the first place.
I am a bit skeptical at the prospect of Tebow being traded. Not so sure that Jacksonville would be wise to give up any of their limited assets for one of the lowest rated QBs in the NFL. it seems like a possibility that he will eventually be given his unconditional release and become a free agent.
The same way he’ll react when Manning goes down in preseason. “Damn I messed up”
